Sunny Side Up

8/11/10

Slowly but surely I've found myself saving image after image, product after product - all with one thing in common: yellow. I've always had a thing for yellow but really don't look good in the color, so over the last year the interior movement has inspired me. Here's just a snippet of what I've saved....
Striped ceiling (oh, Jenna!) photos from Domino and Livingetc (2009).
Yellow sliding door photo from Southern Living's 2009 Texas Idea House. Yellow & red door photo from Livingetc (2010).
Paint colors available from Farrow & Ball, Sanderson, and Valspar.

Bedroom photo from Ideal Home (2010).
Pillows, clockwise from top right: Canary Yellow Damask Pillow, $35 for set on swoonstudio's Etsy shop; Optical Illusion pillow in yellow, $45 on SacredandProfane's Etsy shop; Jenny Cushion in yellow, £19.99, Zara Home.
From left: 'Sleek' look from Domino; 'Rustic' look from Urban Outfitters (old).
For fabric and upholstery services, check out House to Home's directory listings.

Lifestyle photos both from Livingetc (2009 & 2010). You can still find the yellow wash basin at Aston Matthews!
Products from top: Vintage rectangular filigree mirror, $26 in shabbyvintagemom's Etsy shop; Kate Spade Sunny Side Up notecards, 12 for $35. Anthropologie Pressed Sunflower pillar holder, £48; Luminous Garden yellow frame, $21 from amye123's Etsy shop.
