AN EXPAT'S PLEA: ON GUACAMOLE

image from my journey to fit
I count Mexican as my numero uno type of food. And while London is catching on a little to the whole South of the Border thing, it's really not the same in quality or taste as you get in the USA. Luckily, my sister-in-law is Mexican and always makes sure I'm filled to the brim with my faves: chorizo tacos and sopes, and my brother even made a tres leches cake for my 26th birthday last weekend. Happy girl, right here!

But one thing that I can't just have once a year is guacamole. To me, it's a food group all on its own. And London, as much as I love you, store-bought doesn't cut it. So here's my plea: bring Wholly Guacamole across the pond. I'll vouch; it's damn good, and I'm in love with the 100 calorie packs.

If you're in the US, you can use their product finder. Sorry UK-ers—you'll just have to salivate over this one...
